Terms of use

These terms cover this website and the early-access list on it. They are not the agreement for the RentalAgent service itself: that service is not open yet, and its own terms will be published before it opens and before anyone pays anything.
Who runs this site
RentalAgent is run by JDG Yahor Kuliashou, Jana Kazimierza 43, 01-248 Warszawa, NIP 5214006675. You can write to us at y.kuliashou96@gmail.com; we answer on working days, 9:00–18:00 Warsaw time.
What this site does today
It describes a service that is being prepared for Warsaw, and it lets you ask to be told when that service opens. Nothing on this site creates an account, starts a search, instructs anyone to make a phone call, or takes a payment.
The early-access list
Leaving your details puts you on a list of people we will write to when RentalAgent opens. It is not a reservation, not a purchase and not a promise of a place, a price or a date. We may change what we are building, delay it, or close the list, and we may stop writing to you at any time. You can ask us to remove you whenever you like.
The prices shown here
The prices on this page are what we plan to charge for the paid Warsaw pilot. They are information, not an offer, and they may change before the service opens. Nothing is charged on this site. When the service does open, the price that binds is the one shown to you before you pay, together with the terms that apply to it.
What is on the page
The flats, the conversation, the transcript and the people shown here are illustrations of how the service is meant to work. They are not real offers, not real listings and not recordings of real calls. The texts, the design, the images and the software of this site belong to us, and you may not copy them for your own service.
Your details
What we do with the name, email address, phone number and language you leave is described separately, in the processing notice. Please read it before you send the form.
What we ask of you
Use the site as it is meant to be used. Do not send anyone else’s details unless they agreed to it, do not send unlawful or misleading content, and do not try to overload, break into or automatically harvest this site. We may refuse or remove a request that breaks this.
What you need to use it
A current version of a common web browser and a working internet connection. The pages can be read without JavaScript; the form, the price calculator and the moving parts need it switched on.
Availability
This is an early release. The site may be unavailable, and parts of it may change or disappear without notice. We do not promise any particular availability at this stage.
If something goes wrong
Write to y.kuliashou96@gmail.com and describe what happened. We reply within 14 days. If you are not satisfied with our answer, you may use out-of-court dispute resolution — in Poland, through the municipal or district consumer ombudsman (rzecznik konsumentów) or the Trade Inspection (Inspekcja Handlowa). Using them is voluntary and is not a condition of anything.
Our responsibility
We are responsible for this site as the law requires. Because the service itself is not open and nothing is sold here, we do not take responsibility for decisions you make on the strength of the description of a service that is still being built. Nothing here limits the rights the law gives you as a consumer.
Changes
We may change these terms as the site changes. Each version carries its date. If we change something that matters for people already on the early-access list, we will say so in the message we send them.
Which law applies
Polish law, and disputes are heard by the courts that Polish law makes competent. If you are a consumer, this does not take away the protection you have under the law of the country you live in.
